Our recent OBC-Ready Masterclass was truly a great learning opportunity for all our attendees, as we learned more about Outcome-Based Contracts and their impact on business, as well as what companies need to do to prepare for the new challenges.
Special thanks to Mr Dalson Chung, Director (Industry Development and Promotion Division) with the National Environment Agency (NEA), and Mr. Tony Chooi, President of the Environmental Management Association of Singapore (EMAS), both of whom helped to set the stage for the Environmental Industry during our Masterclass.
We also want to express our appreciation to Mr. Eric Tan, Group Chairman of Lifelong Learning Academy for explaining how this Masterclass could help the companies in the industry. Then, we had the privilege of learning from
1) Mr. Terence Wee, Executive Director, EMAS who shared with us about the changing industry landscape;
2) Mr. Jeffrey Chua, Board Advisor of AAARYA Business College, and Co-Chairman of Tripartite Cluster for Cleaners and Security Tripartite Cluster talked about OBC buyers’ perspective;
3) Mr. P Palaniappan, Group CEO of Lifelong Learning Academy Group, shared about how companies can execute OBC Contracts;
4) Ms. Acacia Phua, Assistant Manager National Trades Union Congress (NTUC U SME), shared with us how NTUC U SME can help companies can access the support they need to tackle critical business issues and challenges such as getting OBC-Ready.
